Biography
Hi. I'm Curious Bunny, and I get distracted by nearly everything. I teach at a university in the UK as well as carrying out research, so having a finite attention span is often less than ideal.
I'm here because I'm compelled in equal measure by good and awful communication, especially of the kind that uses visual messages or graphics. There are so many examples out there of incomprehensible messages in which the wood can't be seen for the trees. I'd like to get to the root (ha) of that, and this seems like as good a medium as any. I'm also pretty interested in the processes of teaching and learning and how those can be made easier.
When I'm not preoccupied with communication design, learning and teaching (and sometimes even when I am), I live with Serious Bunny in a very small flat. We like to walk places, drink coffee, and make bad jokes—though not usually all at the same time.
